Qualifications

• 6+ years of actual experience in Microsoft 365 support and development in an enterprise environment.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, Security, Compliance, and Azure Active Directory (Microsoft Entra ID).
• Experience handling complex technical cases, escalations, and issue resolution in a support-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide time sensitive end-user support for software, hardware, and enterprise systems.
• Design, create or develop permanent solutions for escalated issues and requests.
• Lead projects and coordinate with internal and external resources.
