Job summary

BDO Unibank is seeking an experienced professional to administer Microinsurance group accounts, ensuring accurate processing of applications, renewals, billing, and premium monitoring while delivering excellent service to corporate clients.

You will manage renewals, issue premium billings, track payments, maintain GIS records, prepare reports, and handle policy amendments; onsite role in Ortigas or Makati with a focus on detail and customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any business-related course.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in insurance operations, policy administration, customer service, or related functions.
• 1–2 years of supervisory or team lead experience.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and customer service orientation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Process and approve new business applications.
• Manage policy renewals and renewal notices.
• Prepare and issue premium billings.
• Monitor premium collections and payments.
• Process premium reporting and postings.
• Maintain accurate records in the GIS (Group Insurance System).
• Prepare operational and production reports.
• Handle policy amendments and account updates.
