Job summary

BDO Unibank is seeking a detail-oriented professional to support insurance renewal and account servicing activities. You will ensure accurate renewal processing, billing, amendments, and non-renewal transactions, while coordinating with bank partners to resolve any account concerns.

The role requires 2–4 years in insurance operations, strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Onsite work is required in Ortigas or Makati.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in insurance operations, policy administration, billing, account servicing, or customer service.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage accounts due for renewal
• Process renewal billing, cancellations, amendments, and unpaid accounts
• Prepare and validate non-renewal notices
• Ensure timely and accurate account servicing transactions
• Coordinate with bank partners and internal teams to resolve account concerns
• Support process improvements, UAT, and special projects
