RevStone is hiring a Senior Media Buyer to manage paid campaigns across Facebook and Instagram for 8–12 client accounts. You’ll drive qualified leads for home service and remodeling brands, with results reported weekly and a performance-focused culture.

This fully remote, full-time contractor role offers USD pay between $7.25–$10.25 per hour, with a 90-day healthcare benefit review and growth opportunities within a fast-paced U.S.-based team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on experience running Facebook/Meta Ads for U.S. or English-speaking markets.
• Deep understanding of lead generation and direct-response advertising.
• Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts at once.
• Ability to read ad metrics and make data-driven optimization calls.
• Excellent written English for direct-response ad copy.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in communication.
• Reliable home office setup with stable, high-speed internet.
• Availability to work U.S. business hours: Mon–Fri, 9:00am–5:00pm PT.

Responsibilities

• Campaign Management: Launch, monitor, and scale campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
• Own 8–12 client ad accounts simultaneously.
• Run structured A/B tests on creatives, audiences, headlines, and offers.
• Analyze performance data and make optimization decisions based on results.
• Write direct-response ad copy in English for lead generation campaigns.
• Build static ad creatives using Canva and Midjourney.
• Contribute to creative strategy and funnel optimization.
• Reporting & Communication: Track and report on CPL, CTR, ROAS, and conversions.
• Flag issues early and bring solutions, not just problems.
