Job summary

JCAP Construction seeks an experienced MEPF and Architectural Project Manager to oversee planning, coordination and execution of MEPF and architectural works on construction projects in the Metro Manila area. The role requires delivering projects on time, within budget, and to high quality standards while leading cross-functional teams and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Manager in construction, with MEPF and architectural exposure.
• Knowledge of MEPF systems, architectural specs, construction methods and Philippine building codes.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software, MS Office and construction management tools.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities with proactive approach.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and coordinate all MEPF and architectural works for timely delivery.
• Monitor progress against timelines, budgets and quality standards; take corrective actions.
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers and site teams for compliance and safety.
• Review and approve technical drawings, shop drawings and specs for MEPF and architecture.
• Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings to identify risks and opportunities.
• Maintain project documentation including daily reports, variation orders and correspondence.
• Liaise with clients, architects, engineers and stakeholders to manage expectations and resolve conflicts.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety and environmental regulations on site.
• Manage project budgets and prepare cost reports, change orders and forecasts.
• Identify and mitigate project risks with contingency planning.
