Qualifications

• Must be graduate of Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• 3–5 years of relevant construction site supervision experience.
• Experience with civil, architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC and finishing work.
• Hands-on supervision of contractors and crews.
• PRC license is an advantage but not required.
• Willing to be assigned at San Fernando, Pampanga.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement and oversee construction at specific work sites.
• Plan MEPFS system interrelationships, sequencing and project schedule.
• Draft written reports to the Chief Construction Officer/Construction Manager regarding MEPFS matters and progress.
• Direct, monitor, inspect and ensure schedule performance and quality workmanship of MEPFS contractors.
• Validate design issues related to MEPFS and suggest alternatives.
• Coordinate and administer MEPFS related materials, systems and drawing submittals.
• Facilitate/testing and commissioning of MEPFS equipment.
• Attend and document weekly site meetings with Chief Construction Officer/Construction Manager and other site personnel on MEPFS progress.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
