Job summary

Getz Healthcare Pty Limited is seeking a senior leader to oversee the nationwide technical customer services operations for the GHC equipment portfolio. You will lead a field-based team of supervisors and specialists to ensure excellent service, high machine uptime, regulatory compliance, and reliable field performance.

This role requires strong project and resource management, coaching, and collaboration with internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree with licensure; medical equipment servicing certifications are a plus.
• 7–10 years in installation, preventive and corrective maintenance of medical equipment; 1–5 years in diagnostics support; 2–5 years managing multisite service teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead nationwide technical service operations and supervise a team of specialists.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive quality, process improvements and service metrics.
• Ensure preventive maintenance, calibration and compliance with regulatory and quality standards.
• Maintain machine uptime and manage service budgets and spare parts planning.
• Report requirements and support continuous improvement initiatives.
