Job summary

Holcim Philippines, Inc. is seeking a seasoned BS Mechanical Engineer to lead the mechanical maintenance team at our manufacturing facility.

The role focuses on planning, scheduling, and executing preventive and corrective maintenance to sustain equipment availability and plant productivity. You will develop detailed job plans, manage spare parts, monitor budgets, and ensure compliance with safety and environmental rules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and a valid professional license.
• Minimum five years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Minimum two years of supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of lubrication, bearings, hydraulic systems, and cement processes.
• Proficient in MS Office; ability to write and present technical information.

Responsibilities

• Develops maintenance plans and programs to maximize equipment availability.
• Plans, schedules and coordinates preventive and corrective maintenance including 3rd party services.
• Prepares detailed job plans with specs, history, parts, tools, and safety procedures.
• Supports reliability analysis and corrective actions for repetitive problems.
• Assists in annual budgeting, cost monitoring and inventory optimization.
• Monitors spare parts and optimizes stock levels.
• Continuously improves planning processes and ensures compliance with safety and environmental rules.
