• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

• Strong project management, budgeting and scheduling skills.

Responsibilities

• Create 3D models, drawings and schematics using SolidWorks.
• Perform FEA and CFD analyses to evaluate designs for performance and safety.
• Manage all project stages from budgeting to scheduling and vendor coordination.
• Mentor junior engineers and conduct design reviews for quality.
• Oversee product lifecycle from concept to prototyping, testing and transfer to manufacturing.
• Provide technical support to manufacturing and production teams.
• Investigate failures and implement design improvements and cost savings.
