Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 5–10 years of mechanical design and development experience.
• Proficiency in CAD software: SolidWorks, Creo, AutoCAD.
• Experience with engineering analysis tools such as FEA and CFD.
• Strong understanding of design, materials and manufacturing processes.
• Excellent project management, budgeting and scheduling skills.
• Leadership, mentorship and effective communication abilities.
• Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced engineering tasks, including 3D modeling and drawings.
• Conduct FEA/CFD analyses to evaluate performance, reliability and safety.
• Manage all project stages from budgeting to vendor coordination.
• Mentor junior engineers and lead design reviews for quality.
• Oversee lifecycle from concept through prototyping, testing, and transfer to manufacturing.
• Provide technical support to manufacturing and production teams.
• Investigate failures and propose design improvements and cost savings.
• Coordinate with electrical, software and PM teams for seamless integration.
