Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 5–10+ years of mechanical design and development experience.
• Proficiency in CAD software: SolidWorks, Creo, AutoCAD.
• Experience with FEA/CFD analysis tools.
• Strong grasp of mechanical engineering principles, materials, and manufacturing.
• Solid project management, including budgeting and scheduling.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced engineering tasks including 3D modeling, drawings, and schematics with SolidWorks.
• Conduct FEA and CFD analyses to evaluate designs for performance and safety.
• Manage all project stages from budgeting and scheduling to vendor coordination.
• Serve as a technical leader, mentor junior engineers and conduct design reviews.
• Oversee product lifecycle from concept through prototyping and transfer to manufacturing.
• Provide technical support to manufacturing and production teams.
• Investigate failures, troubleshoot mechanical issues, and identify design improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project integration and clear communication.
