Job summary

RTX, the Collins Aerospace team, is hiring a Materials Planning / SIOP analyst based in Tanauan, Batangas, Philippines, onsite at First Philippine Industrial Park. This role contributes to strategic planning for materials, capacity, and demand alignment within a global aerospace supply chain.

The successful candidate will support SIOP processes, data relationships, and capacity planning with manufacturing, while collaborating with product development, sales and marketing to forecast demand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s / College Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent
• 2+ years relevant experience
• MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint proficient
• ERP systems knowledge: E1, JDE or SAP
• Strong written and verbal communication and reasoning skills
• Work schedule 06:00am to 4:00pm

Responsibilities

• Participates in developing strategies for materials planning and SIOP
• Participates in the development of standardized processes within materials planning and SIOP to optimize resources and meet delivery expectations
• Supports the development of indicators for visibility to short and long-term demand trends
• Identifies demand streams and supports data relationship linkages
• Collaborates with product development, sales and marketing to develop demand forecasts
• Supports capacity planning with plant manufacturing operations
• Assists in monthly production planning using forecast, inventory, orders and capacity
• Identifies opportunities to improve SIOP capability and sustainability
• Tracks metrics to drive continuous improvement
• Develops processes to improve supply capabilities
• Establishes robust metrics to measure progress in SIOP
• Adheres to EH&S practices and standards across the site
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor
