Qualifications

What You Will Do
  • Support the coordination and execution of the Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP) process, ensuring alignment between operational capability, inventory levels, and business goals.

Qualifications You Must Have
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related experience
  • 1–3+ years in supply chain, operations, inventory management, or analytics
Qualifications We Prefer Engineering/Other Technical Positions:
  • Typically requires a degree in Science,Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations.
  • Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, data manipulation, reporting)
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
  • Understanding of supply chain and inventory management principles
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau
