Job summary

Collins Aerospace is seeking a Material Enablement Lead to ensure timely material readiness for production at our Batangas, Philippines site. You will coordinate across Production Planning, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Quality to remove material barriers and drive improvements in material availability and inventory control.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, strong analytical skills, and experience in material planning or supply chain within manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in material planning, supply chain, inventory management, production planning, or related manufacturing function.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to interpret material and inventory data.
• Strong communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage priorities, resolve issues, and drive actions to completion.
• Experience leading, mentoring, or coordinating team members.
• Proficiency in Excel and ERP/MRP tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Material Enablement activities to ensure timely material readiness in support of production requirements.
• Coordinate Material Enablement engagement across Production Planning, Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, Program Management and other stakeholders; remove material barriers.
• Monitor material availability, shortages, constraints, and risks affecting production schedules and communicate actions.
• Track and report material readiness, shortages, inventory availability and lead root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Summarize material availability and risk info to site leadership to support decisions and production continuity.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to material planning, inventory management and supply chain processes.
• Mentor and develop Material Enablement team members with clear performance goals.
