Agent is seeking a Construction Estimator (Electrical / Multi-Trade) for remote work with a Mid to Senior level (3–10+ years) and a US Pacific Time schedule. The role offers a monthly USD compensation of 1,500–2,500 and requires experience estimating commercial or government projects.

You will prepare quantity takeoffs, review drawings, bid on projects from $500K to $5.5M, and work with AI tools to boost efficiency while meeting fast-paced deadlines.

Qualifications

• 3+ years US construction estimating experience.
• Civil Engineering degree or equivalent background.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Available full-time during US Pacific Time hours.
• Willing to complete a paid estimating assessment.
• Open to using AI tools as part of the estimating workflow.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quantity takeoffs and cost estimates for commercial and government construction projects.
• Review architectural and engineering drawings to develop accurate estimates.
• Identify missing information and document assumptions when plans are incomplete.
• Prepare bids for projects ranging from $500K–$5.5M.
• Coordinate with senior estimators to refine pricing and methodology.
• Utilize estimating software and AI tools to improve efficiency.
• Support fast‑paced bid submissions while maintaining accuracy.
