Job summary

You will manage end-to-end campaigns, coordinate with stakeholders and vendors, and evaluate ROI to inform strategy.

The role requires onsite work in Makati or Ortigas, with 5+ years in marketing, events, or partnerships, and a degree in a related field. Banking domain experience is an advantage for this position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Admin, Communications, or related field.
• Minimum of five years of relevant experience in marketing, events, partnerships, or brand activations.
• Experience in banking, financial services, remittance, or consumer marketing is an advantage.
• Must be amenable to working onsite and be assigned to Makati or Ortigas.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and identify marketing, sponsorship, and partnership opportunities.
• Develop and execute marketing programs, events, and promotional campaigns aligned with business objectives.
• Manage end-to-end project planning, budgeting, implementation, and evaluation.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, vendors, and partners to ensure successful program delivery.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and recommendations for management approval.
• Monitor program performance and conduct post-event evaluations to measure results and ROI.
• Ensure consistent brand visibility and maximize cross-selling opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic partners and stakeholders.
