Job summary

Hupo Philippines Inc. is seeking a seasoned marketing leader to generate demand across business units under one brand. You will own brand strategy, manage Meta Ads campaigns, and oversee content, partnerships, and events to drive revenue targets in a dynamic market.

The role requires 5+ years in marketing with leadership experience, and a strong track record in digital marketing, B2B/B2C, and materials industry knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business.
• 5+ years in marketing with 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience in digital marketing, including Meta Ads, social media, and content.
• Experience in B2B and B2C marketing; knowledge of building materials is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual marketing plan aligned to revenue targets.
• Own brand strategy: positioning, messaging, visual identity, and tone of voice.
• Plan and manage Meta Ads campaigns: budgets, targeting, creative, optimization.
• Execute the Designer Partnership Campaign and specifier outreach programs.
• Manage content calendar across social media, website, and email.
• Lead the Content Producer and Creative Designer, setting priorities and quality standards.
• Track marketing KPIs: CPL, lead volume, engagement, brand awareness, attribution.
• Manage marketing budget and report ROI to the Head of Retail & Distribution.
• Coordinate with Sales on lead magnet campaigns and Odoo CRM automation.
• Plan and execute trade show presence, collateral, and event marketing.
