Qualifications

• 5+ years in marketing analytics or analytical role in a B2B environment.
• In-depth knowledge of marketing metrics, customer segmentation, campaign analysis, and ROI measurement.
• Advanced SQL proficiency and data manipulation skills.
• Experience with Tableau or Power BI for dashboards.
• Ability to translate data insights into actionable marketing strategies.
• Experience mentoring junior analysts and leading teams.
• Strong communication with stakeholders including executives.

Responsibilities

• Assess data maturity, define data goals, and clarify project scopes with client stakeholders.
• Engage clients to align data operations and KPIs and build stable data processes.
• Collaborate with MarOps to map data sources and create workflows across MarTech tools.
• Coordinate priorities with stakeholders and identify risks early.
• Provide strategic recommendations to improve ROI, acquisition, and retention.
• Analyze campaigns, customer behavior, and market trends with statistical methods.
• Create reports and visualizations to communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Work with marketing to optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights.
