Qualifications

• Expert SQL with complex joins, window functions, and funnel logic.
• Extensive Salesforce experience in Leads, Accounts, Opportunities, and campaigns.
• Lead nurturing analytics and attribution knowledge.
• Financial services domain understanding is highly preferred.
• Hands-on use of Claude or similar AI tools for research and summarization.
• Strong analytical rigor and clear business communication.
• Ability to work in a regulated privacy/compliance environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze marketing and sales lead performance end-to-end across sources, journeys, and channels.
• Build and maintain SQL/Databricks queries and dashboards for leadership reviews.
• Support campaign planning with segment and audience analysis against targets.
• Conduct market/campaign research using AI tools and validate outputs with sources.
• Prepare and enrich contact/account data while applying suppression and consent rules.
• Validate data against Salesforce and sources; document logic and reconcile numbers.
• Present findings clearly to stakeholders and drive data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with U.S. partners, data engineers, Marketing, Sales and RevOps.
