Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience.
• Working proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, basic formulas).
• Exposure to GA4, Salesforce (CRM or Marketing Cloud), or a comparable marketing platform.
• Strong written and spoken English—interfaces with US stakeholders daily.
• High attention to detail; comfortable with repetitive, precision‑dependent work.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and refresh existing dashboards (GA4, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Workfront).
• Pull and validate campaign performance data for weekly/monthly reporting.
• Perform QA on data feeds and flag discrepancies before reaching senior analysts or stakeholders.
• Support ad hoc data requests from the broader marketing team.
• Document data definitions, report logic, and known issues for team continuity.
• Escalate anomalies or blockers proactively.
