Job summary

Revaya, based in the Philippines, seeks a senior Financial Controller with deep manufacturing accounting experience to oversee the company’s end-to-end financial operations, including cost accounting, inventory, and international wire transfers. You will partner with US-based management and overseas factories to ensure accurate reporting and strong controls.

The role requires leadership, integrity, and precise financial oversight of cash flow, margins, and compliance.

Qualifications

Five+ years of progressive accounting experience, including Controller-level or senior accounting responsibilities.
Direct accounting experience in a manufacturing environment is required.
Advanced proficiency with QuickBooks Online.
Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, accrual accounting, and financial reporting.
Experience with cash-flow forecasting, accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, inventory, and COGS.
Experience coordinating domestic and international wire transfers.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Ability to communicate with U.S. management and overseas factories/vendors.
High integrity with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Manage the complete accounting cycle and maintain financial records.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and closing entries.
Develop budgets, forecasts, and variance reports for management.
Oversee cash flow, banking relationships, and wire transfers.
Oversee manufacturing, inventory, landed costs, and cost accounting.
Manage accounts payable and vendor relationships; ensure timely payments.
