Responsibilities

• Maintain line operations per specifications and update procedures.
• Perform DOE and product/process capability analyses as needed.
• Lead engineering and process technicians under supervision.
• Improve processes to enhance quality, yield, and delivery.
• Document control plans, FMEAs, and process flows.
• Provide weekly engineering metrics and actions.
