Responsibilities

• Maintain Warehouse organization and housekeeping to ensure a safe, organized environment.
• Monitor availability of warehouse consumables to prevent stockouts.
• Receive and verify incoming materials against Purchase Orders and document in systems.
• Process and issue materials with MRIFs/DRs and ensure timely recording.
• Maintain accurate warehouse records in Oracle NetSuite and Google Drive.
• Conduct cycle counts and audits to target 99% inventory accuracy.
• Supervise daily warehouse activities to meet productivity and service targets.
• Ensure proper material handling to minimize damage and losses.
• Develop third‑party warehouse rental opportunities to maximize capacity and revenue.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What is this role about?

The Warehouse Operations Senior Manager oversees the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring materials are stored correctly, inventory is maintained, and housekeeping standards are upheld. They manage the receiving, storing, and issuing of materials based on Purchase Orders and Material Requests. The role involves coordinating with suppliers and couriers for deliveries and returns, performing inventory audits, and ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date in systems like Oracle NetSuite and Google Drive. The Warehouse Operations Senior Manager is also responsible for supporting the business development of third-party warehouse rental opportunities, including identifying and engaging potential renters, coordinating site visits, preparing warehouse capacity and capability information, and supporting commercial discussions and onboarding to maximize warehouse utilization and revenue.

The Warehouse Operations Senior Manager plays a crucial role in maintaining inventory accuracy, ensuring timely material availability, and reducing operational disruptions. Their ability to manage efficient warehouse operations directly contributes to minimizing stockouts, improving order fulfillment, and supporting the overall productivity and cost-effectiveness of the company. In addition, the Warehouse Operations Senior Manager contributes to business development by identifying and developing opportunities for third-party warehouse rentals, maximizing available warehouse capacity, generating additional revenue, and building productive relationships with potential and existing third-party clients.

What will YOU do?

• Maintain Warehouse organization and housekeeping Ensure 100% compliance with warehouse housekeeping and storage standards to maintain a safe, organized, and damage-free warehouse environment. Conduct regular warehouse inspections and ensure corrective actions are implemented.;
• Monitor Availability of warehouse consumables Prevent stockouts and support uninterrupted warehouse operations. Monitor consumption and process replenishment requests in Oracle NetSuite based on established inventory levels.;
• Receive Accurate receiving of materials Ensure incoming materials are properly verified, recorded, and made available for operations. Verify materials against Purchase Orders and delivery documents and ensure timely recording in Oracle NetSuite.;
• Ensure Timely issuance of materials Support operational requirements through accurate and timely material release. Process and issue materials based on approved MRIFs and Daily Receipts (DR), ensuring complete documentation is submitted within the required turnaround time.;
• Maintain Accurate warehouse records Ensure reliable inventory visibility and audit readiness. Maintain accurate receiving, issuance, inventory, and leaker records in Oracle NetSuite and Google Drive within one working day of each transaction.;
• Achieve Inventory accuracy Minimize inventory discrepancies and improve inventory reliability. Conduct regular cycle counts and inventory audits, targeting at least 99% inventory accuracy, with discrepancies investigated and resolved within the prescribed timeline.;
• Ensure Efficient warehouse operations Maximize productivity while maintaining compliance with company procedures and safety standards. Supervise daily warehouse activities and personnel to achieve operational, productivity, and service-level targets.;
• Ensure Proper material handling Minimize product damage, losses, and handling-related incidents. Enforce proper handling, storage, stacking, and movement procedures during receiving, storage, and issuance.;
• Ensure Leaker inventory Minimize losses and ensure proper control and disposition of damaged products. Ensure leaker products are promptly identified, segregated, documented, recorded, and processed for proper disposition in accordance with company procedures.;
• Develop Third-party warehouse rental business Maximize warehouse capacity utilization and generate incremental revenue from available warehouse space. Identify and engage potential third-party renters, facilitate site inspections and commercial discussions, and support onboarding and account management to achieve agreed warehouse occupancy and revenue targets.;
• Performs other functions that may be assigned from time to time.
