Job summary

SEAOIL Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager (Warehouse Operations) to lead daily warehouse activities, ensure accurate inventory, and maintain high housekeeping standards. You will manage receiving, storage, and material issuance while coordinating with suppliers and couriers to optimize delivery and returns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Total 12 years in related role with at least 5 years in people management.
• Willing to relocate.
• Willing to extend working hours, holidays, or weekends as needed.
• Willing to do field work and travel domestically.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and supervise warehouse operations, ensuring safe, organized storage and housekeeping.
• Monitor and manage inventory accuracy, cycle counts, and system records (Oracle NetSuite and Google Drive).
• Oversee receiving, storing, and issuing of materials against POs and MRIs/DRs.
• Coordinate with suppliers, couriers, and third-party warehouses to optimize capacity and utilization.
• Support business development of third-party warehouse rental opportunities and related commercial discussions.
