Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior VMD Leader in Taguig to drive end-to-end vendor master data operations across markets. You will oversee governance, process standardization, and KPI-driven performance while engaging with Finance, Procurement, and Business Units to ensure compliant, efficient service delivery.

You will lead multi-layered teams, champion continuous improvement, and explore automation initiatives under NextGen Payments and One Payments transformations to enhance cross-market

Responsabilidades

• Cross-cluster Operations & Delivery Leadership
• Own end-to-end VMD delivery across markets
• Ensure SLA, KPI, and compliance adherence to VMD controls
• Ensure adherence to tax, statutory, and audit requirements across markets
• Stakeholder & Market Engagement
• Act as senior point of contact for internal stakeholders (Finance, Treasury, Procurement, Business Units)
• Drive market-level engagement across clusters for supplier and stakeholder concerns
• Ensure strong cross-functional collaboration across regions
• Represent VMD in cluster governance and escalation forums
• Own standardized VMD processes across clusters (SOPs, DTPs, controls)
• Drive governance framework including KPI ownership (e.g., cycle time, NPS)
• Ensure quality of VMD processing and payment execution delivered by internal teams
• Oversee audit readiness, compliance reviews, and reporting
• Team Leadership & Capability Development
• Lead and develop a multi-layered team including Cluster Leads, Market SMEs, and Specialists
• Manage resource allocation across clusters to ensure optimal service delivery
• Build future-ready talent aligned with cluster-based model
• Drive training, capability uplift, and knowledge sharing across markets
• Continuous Improvement & Transformation
• Drive standardization and simplification of VMD processes across clusters
• Identify opportunities for automation, AI, and digital enablement
• Lead initiatives aligned to NextGen Payments / One Payments transformation
• Improve operational efficiency, reduce manual intervention, and enhance user experience

Job Description

Leads a Global VMD organization accountable for end-to-end delivery of Vendor Master Data operations across markets. Manages cross-cluster performance, stakeholder engagement, and process standardization. Responsible for overseeing VMD Process and organization, ensuring service delivery excellence, governance, compliance, and continuous improvement aligned with the market-cluster operating model.
