Job summary

Empower is seeking a Sr Manager to lead a team responsible for brokerage operations, stock plan services, and account review. You will drive day‑to‑day execution, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver a high‑quality experience for customers, participants, and sponsors.

You will collaborate with Trade Desk, Compliance, Legal, Technology, and other stakeholders to optimize processes, scale operations, and implement continuous improvement initiatives while coaching and developing staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in finance, business, or accounting.
• FINRA Series 7 and 24 licenses required within timelines.
• Minimum 7 years in financial services or operations.
• Experience leading brokerage operations or related teams.
• Knowledge of stock plan administration and trade lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team supporting stock plan services and equity programs.
• Oversee review of new retail brokerage accounts for compliance and CIP.
• Manage brokerage account processing and transaction activities.
• Supervise Retail Brokerage Trade Desk operations and order handling.
• Drive process improvement, risk controls, and operational scalability.
