Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent University degree is required.
• MBA or further advanced degree is preferred.
• 10 years of Procurement, Finance, or other relevant business experience.
• Strategic mindset and data-oriented thinking for long-term planning.
• Experience leading large teams in a complex matrix/service delivery environment.

Responsibilities

• Manages a team of individual contributors and/or Supervisors and is accountable for performance management, focusing on Marketing category.
• Manages operational aspects of the team, workflows, performance, and compliance to meet service levels.
• Partners with Category Procurement teams, Legal, Compliance, Marketing, and other functions to align sourcing and contracts with strategy.
