Job summary

Sagility Philippines B.V Branch in Quezon City is seeking an experienced Manager Business Finance to oversee financial reporting, budgeting and performance analysis across departments. You will lead monthly close, MIS reporting, and ensure CER/ISO compliance while guiding a finance team.

The role requires 5-8 years in finance, a BS/MA in Finance, Accounting or Economics, and strong communication skills to drive cost optimization and strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business finance and people management.
• Experience in the financial sector with roles such as financial analyst.
• Strong understanding of financial trends within the company and markets.
• Proficient user of finance software.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to lead employees and ensure correct financial processes.
• Solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles.
• Knowledge of statutory legislation and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Monthly Account Reporting Package and share with Operations Leadership.
• Produce MIS reports and latest estimates with financial metrics.
• Maintain Cost Centers and create P&L accounts.
• Facilitate budgeting discussions and consolidate inputs for targets.
• Share financials with budget inputs and update analyses for Accounts/Departments.
• Act as auditee for QISMS/ISO audits and CER processes.
