Job summary

Deloitte SEA is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the Organization Transformation practice in the Philippines. You will drive change initiatives across client organizations, shaping strategy and leading teams through complex transformations.

Requirements include a degree in HRM, psychology or sociology and a minimum of 12 years of experience, with leadership exposure in consulting, change management and organizational design. English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or Sociology.
• Minimum 12 years of working experience, with 2 years in a leadership role.
• Experience in change management, organization design, HR processes or leadership development is a must.

Responsibilities

• Lead organization transformation engagements at enterprise, business unit or functional levels.
• Advise clients on aligning people strategies with business goals, including transformations and leadership development.
• Design diagnostics, analyze complex data and articulate actionable recommendations.
• Lead client workshops and manage engagements, including budgets and billing considerations.
