Job summary

SGV & Co. is seeking a Senior Associate to support HR Transformation engagements within the People Consulting practice in the Philippines.

You will work closely with Managers, client stakeholders, and project teams to deliver HR transformation initiatives and operating model improvements. This role balances consulting, analytical, project management, and stakeholder engagement, with opportunities across HR process optimization, workforce experience, change management, and technology-enabled

Qualifications

Requires 3+ years in consulting, HR transformation, change management, HR operations, or related fields.
Experience in HR technology, HRIS/HRMS implementations, and process design.
Ability to translate business needs into functional requirements and actionable designs.

Responsibilities

Supervise team members on HR technology and HRIS projects.
Assist in project planning, workstream coordination, and client meetings.
Lead or support business process mapping for Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, and related modules.
Gather requirements via interviews and workshops to define future-state HR processes.
Prepare design documents, configuration trackers, and requirements documentation.
