Job summary

Deloitte Philippines is seeking professionals for Organization Transformation. The role focuses on enabling clients to operate differently in support of business strategy through behavioral analytics and change initiatives.

As a leader, you will develop recommendations, work with project managers, and help implement client solutions while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships and delivering high-quality engagements.

Qualifications

• Strong logic, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrates good knowledge of change management methodologies will be an advantage
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze information, formulate and test hypotheses
• Involve in discussions and work closely with Project Manager in developing recommendations for presentation to client management
• Implement recommendations with project and client team members
• Provide support to clients to deliver organizational and change initiatives
• Support and/or facilitate client workshops
• Assisting in financial administration of engagements such as budgets, billing, and collections
