Job summary

CH01 CHE Fresenius Medical Care (Schweiz) AG in Bonifacio Global City, Manila is seeking an experienced Order to Cash Senior Manager to lead end-to-end O2C operations and drive process improvements. You will manage a team, collaborate with Finance, Sales, Credit, Customer Service and IT to optimize cash flow and customer experience.

The role requires 12–15 years in O2C with at least 5 years in a managerial capacity, strong English communication, and a track record of automation and system

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accountancy, or Commerce.
• 12–15 years of experience in Order to Cash or related Finance function.
• At least 5 years in an O2C managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of O2C processes: collections, credit, invoicing, cash application.
• Experience leading teams and driving process improvements or system migrations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; SAP experience is advantageous.
• Strong English communication and stakeholder management skills.
