Job summary

Alsons Power Group seeks a Senior Manager of Operational Excellence to drive resilience, efficiency, and strategic alignment across the enterprise in the Philippines. You will orchestrate TQM, IMS, and BPM to optimize processes, while guiding planning, performance management, ERM, and BCM for sustained KPI achievement and risk mitigation.

The role requires a decade+ in OE/Quality or strategy with senior leadership experience and advanced certifications.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
10+ years in Operational Excellence, Quality or Corporate Strategy with senior leadership experience.
Professional certifications: Six Sigma Black Belt, ISO Lead Auditor, PMP/CRISC/CBCP preferred.

Responsibilities

Drive organizational resilience, process efficiency, and strategic alignment across the enterprise.
Oversee TQM and IMS frameworks and lead BPM initiatives to optimize workflows.
Manage Company Planning & Performance Management and safeguard with ERM and BCM frameworks.
Bridge strategy and execution to ensure KPIs are met and disruption risks are minimized.
