Job summary

Alsons Power Group seeks a Senior Manager of Operational Excellence to drive resilience, efficiency, and strategic alignment across the enterprise in the Philippines. You will orchestrate TQM, IMS, and BPM to optimize processes, while guiding planning, performance management, ERM, and BCM for sustained KPI achievement and risk mitigation.

The role requires a decade+ in OE/Quality or strategy with senior leadership experience and advanced certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
• 10+ years in Operational Excellence, Quality or Corporate Strategy with senior leadership experience.
• Professional certifications: Six Sigma Black Belt, ISO Lead Auditor, PMP/CRISC/CBCP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive organizational resilience, process efficiency, and strategic alignment across the enterprise.
• Oversee TQM and IMS frameworks and lead BPM initiatives to optimize workflows.
• Manage Company Planning & Performance Management and safeguard with ERM and BCM frameworks.
• Bridge strategy and execution to ensure KPIs are met and disruption risks are minimized.

Job Overview

The Senior Manager of Operational Excellence is a critical leadership role responsible for driving organizational resilience, process efficiency, and strategic alignment across the enterprise. This position orchestrates the company's Total Quality Management (TQM) framework and Integrated Management Systems (IMS), while leading Business Process Management (BPM) to optimize operational workflows.

Additionally, the role serves as a key bridge between strategy and execution by managing Company Planning & Performance Management, while safeguarding the organization through robust Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) and Business Continuity Management (BCM) frameworks. The ideal candidate ensures that the company operates efficiently, meets international standards, achieves its strategic KPIs, and remains resilient against disruptions.

Education

• Holds a bachelor's degree in Business administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.

Experience

• 10+ years in Operational Excellence, Quality or Corporate Strategy, with at least 4-5 years in a senior management/leadership capacity.
