Qualifications

MBA/PGDM from tier 1 or 2.
A minimum of 12–15 years of progressive industry and consulting experience with minimum 8+ years in Life Sciences.
Experience with Veeva CRM and Salesforce Health Cloud is desirable.
Knowledge of GenAI tools and capabilities in sales and marketing is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead a team designing, developing and implementing Sales Transformation plans across strategy, operations, channel design and incentive management.
Work as part of the client’s sales/channel development organization to drive sales and revenue with data-driven diagnostics.
Perform diagnostics on client data and processes to identify gaps and recommend future-state improvements.
Identify opportunities in market entry, product launch, and economic optimization of selling and channel spends.
