Job summary

Outsourced Quality Assured Services, Inc. is seeking a Sales & Operations Manager to drive growth for a Life Sciences consulting practice. The role blends B2B development, recruitment, and operations across Europe and other regions, with CRM-driven processes and documentation control.

You will build targeted lists, run multi-channel outreach, manage candidate pipelines, and support client mandates while maintaining strong CRM hygiene and operational rigor.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of total professional experience.
• At least 2 years of B2B outbound sales or BD/SDR experience.
• Experience in operations, recruitment, or life sciences B2B services.
• CRM usage as a core daily activity with data quality focus.
• Bachelor's degree required; life sciences degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify prospective clients in pharma, medical devices, biotech and life sciences.
• Conduct daily outbound prospecting via LinkedIn, email, and phone.
• Engage decision-makers in Quality, Regulatory, Compliance and Operations.
• Maintain CRM hygiene and manage candidate and client documentation.
• Support recruitment mandates by sourcing and screening consultants.
• Manage multiple mandates and ensure timely shortlisting.
