AIA Hong Kong and Macau is seeking a Senior Manager for High Value Segments in Makati, Philippines. The role involves planning and implementing strategies to acquire new customers and maximize customer lifetime value in the High Value market segment.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of relevant work experience in Marketing, Sales, or Business Development.
• Experience in the life insurance/bancassurance industry; banking experience an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Constructs segment initiatives and recommends product concepts.
• Ensures optimal number of quality leads for sales channels.
• Coordinates with BPI AIA and AIA PH units for task delivery.
• Develops client engagement activities for the segment.
• Liaises with Bank segment team for program alignment.
• Monitors production performance and makes recommendations.
• Manages special projects for business development.
