Qualifications

• At least 4 years of relevant work experience in Marketing, Sales, or Business Development.
• Experience in the life insurance/bancassurance industry; banking experience an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Constructs segment initiatives and recommends product concepts.
• Ensures optimal number of quality leads for sales channels.
• Coordinates with BPI AIA and AIA PH units for task delivery.
• Develops client engagement activities for the segment.
• Liaises with Bank segment team for program alignment.
• Monitors production performance and makes recommendations.
• Manages special projects for business development.
