Job description

The Mall Manager oversees the overall management of the mall through effective planning and implementation of its daily operations in accordance to the standard operating procedures of the Company. This includes maintaining favorable relations with the tenants, the general public, as well as local government officials; and providing efficient and adequate building facilities and equipment maintenance, security and other services to the mall patrons.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree. Preferably in Business, Marketing, Commerce, Economics, Food Services/Operations Management, or equivalent.
• Preferably with at least five (5) years experience in a related field. Previous experience in a commercial setting an advantage.
• Candidate must have excellent leadership and customer service skills.
