Job summary

IAC Automotive is seeking a Senior Maintenance Supervisor to ensure equipment availability and reliability across plastic injection molding processes. You will lead the maintenance team, coordinate preventive and predictive programs, and manage external suppliers to keep production running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical, Electromechanical, Mechatronics or related field.
• 8+ years in industrial maintenance.
• 3+ years in supervisory or leadership roles.
• Experience in automotive companies with plastic injection molding.
• Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical systems, PLCs and automation.
• Experience maintaining paint booths, chillers, compressors and plant services.
• English: intermediate to advanced

At IAC Automotive, a global leader in the manufacture of plastic automotive components, we are seeking a Senior Maintenance Supervisor with solid experience in plastic injection molding processes, responsible for ensuring the availability, reliability and performance of plant equipment and infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance activities.
• Ensure the continuous operation of plastic injection molding machines and peripheral equipment.
• Manage the maintenance of injection molds, paint booths and plant infrastructure.
• Lead the technical maintenance team and external suppliers.
• Implement improvements focused on reducing downtime and increasing operational efficiency.
• Analyze faults and develop permanent corrective measures.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality and environmental standards.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Mechatronics or a related field.
• At least 8 years’ experience in industrial maintenance.
• At least 3 years in supervisory or leadership roles.
• Verifiable experience in automotive companies with plastic injection molding processes.
• Solid knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical systems, PLCs, industrial automation and injection molds.
• Experience in the maintenance of paint booths, chillers, compressors and plant services.
• Intermediate to advanced English desirable.
