Job summary

IAC Automotive is seeking a Senior Maintenance Supervisor to ensure equipment availability and reliability across plastic injection molding processes. You will lead the maintenance team, coordinate preventive and predictive programs, and manage external suppliers to keep production running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical, Electromechanical, Mechatronics or related field.
• 8+ years in industrial maintenance.
• 3+ years in supervisory or leadership roles.
• Experience in automotive companies with plastic injection molding.
• Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical systems, PLCs and automation.
• Experience maintaining paint booths, chillers, compressors and plant services.
• English: intermediate to advanced

Responsibilities

• Supervise preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance.
• Ensure continuous operation of plastic injection molding machines and peripheral equipment.
• Manage maintenance of injection molds, paint booths and plant infrastructure.
• Lead the technical maintenance team and external suppliers.
• Implement improvements to reduce downtime and boost efficiency.
• Analyze faults and implement permanent corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality and environmental standards.
