Job summary

Dencom Consultancy & Manpower Services seeks a technically strong Injection Molding/Plastics Engineer in Laguna to drive mold qualification, process optimization and defect troubleshooting across Engineering, QA and Planning.

The ideal candidate has hands-on mastery of injection molding processes, mold/tooling qualification, and cross-functional leadership in a manufacturing environment that aligns with automotive quality standards.

Qualifications

• Hands-on knowledge of injection molding machines and resin types (PP, ABS, PA6/66, POM, PC).
• Experience with mold/tooling qualification and defect troubleshooting.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams (Engineering, QA, Planning/Logistics).

Responsibilities

• Lead injection molding operations including process setup and machine parameter optimization.
• Manage tooling and mold maintenance, preventive maintenance programs, and spare parts.
• Implement and maintain OEE programs, automation and robotics solutions.
• Ensure compliance with automotive quality standards (IATF 16949, PPAP, APQP, PFMEA, MSA, SPC).
• Oversee planning and logistics, Kanban systems and warehouse optimization.

We are seeking a technically strong Injection Molding/Plastics Engineer with deep expertise in plastics manufacturing, tooling, and automotive-grade quality systems. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on mastery of injection molding processes, mold qualification, machine optimization, defect troubleshooting, and cross‑functional leadership across Engineering, QA, and Planning/Logistics.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead injection molding operations, including process setup, mold/tooling qualification, scientific molding, and machine parameter optimization.
• Manage tooling and mold maintenance, preventive maintenance programs, and spare parts.
• Implement and maintain OEE programs, automation, and robotics solutions.
• Ensure compliance with automotive quality standards (IATF 16949, PPAP, APQP, PFMEA, MSA, SPC).
• Oversee planning and logistics, including Kanban systems, warehouse optimization, and EDI/materials management for automotive production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• Extensive hands‑on knowledge of injection molding machines, resin types (PP, ABS, PA6/66+GF, POM, PC), hot/cold runner systems, mold qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ), DOE/scientific molding, and defect troubleshooting.
• Proven experience in tooling, preventive maintenance, automation, and cross‑functional team leadership.
