Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience working in a mainframe storage environment.
• Practical experience with IBM z14/z15/z16 mainframe hardware.
• Skilled in SMP/E, user mods, and system exits.

Responsibilities

• Deliver day-to-day technical support for Mainframe OS.
• Collaborate with client-side Mainframe SMEs.
• Handle Major Incidents and priority tickets.

Mainframe storage environment experience

z/OS v2.x proficiency

SMP/E knowledge

Monitoring and automation tools experience
