Job summary

Emapta Global is seeking a Senior Digital Growth & E-Commerce Specialist (Magento) to lead hands-on optimization across Magento, Google Ads, SEO, GA4, email, and CRO for a global healthcare portfolio.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business or related field or equivalent qualification.
5–7 years of experience in fast-paced e-commerce or digital environment with acquisition, retention, and conversion programs.
Hands-on experience with Magento/Adobe Commerce, BigCommerce, Shopify Plus, or comparable enterprise platform.

Responsibilities

Own day-to-day trading performance of the UK website including calendars, promotions, and KPIs.
Lead category merchandising and navigation optimization to improve customer journeys and conversion.
Use analytics and customer insights to drive CRO opportunities and site performance improvements.
Coordinate on-site setup for new product launches and ensure accuracy of product data and banners.
Collaborate with Global E-Commerce/IT on platform improvements and enhancements.
