Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a Senior MAC Engineer (JAMF Pro) to support worldwide macOS deployments. You will handle Jamf Pro config, troubleshooting, and maintenance, and lead advanced Mac system issue resolution.

The role involves infrastructure management for macOS deployments, rapid incident response, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to implement enterprise-wide solutions. A strong focus on security policies and documentation is required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years macOS knowledge.
• 4+ years managing deployments.
• 3+ years Change Management.
• 3+ years shell script experience.
• 4+ years of Jamf experience or Jamf 300 Certification.
• 1+ Service Now or equivalent ticketing system experience.
• 5+ years of related technical support experience.
• 1+ years Apple Enterprise Technologies.
• LDAP/Active Directory experience.
• ITIL knowledge.
• Networking/Firewall/NAT experience.
• Ability to work in a 24x7 on-call after hours rotation.

Responsibilities

• Support macOS deployment technologies to a worldwide enterprise.
• Jamf Pro configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
• Infrastructure management for macOS deployments.
• Provide rapid response to Mac system issues and outages.
• Provide Tier III support to Level II and Field Teams.
• Basic LAN/WAN troubleshooting.
• Develop and troubleshoot Bash Scripts.
• Implement Mac system delivery security policies.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting of Mac systems with cross-functional teams to research, develop, and implement enterprise wide solutions.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
• Provide support for critical systems, perform scheduled maintenance, and deployments in a 24x7 operations environment as required.
• Produce technical and operational documentation.
