Job summary

Capgemini Philippines Corp. is seeking a Senior MAC Engineer (JAMF Pro) to support macOS enterprise deployments and provide advanced troubleshooting.

You will configure Jamf Pro, troubleshoot, and maintain macOS deployments while coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise-wide solutions. The role requires 4+ years in macOS, Jamf, and deployment management, plus strong scripting, ITIL, and AD/LDAP experience.

Qualifications

4+ years macOS knowledge.
4+ years managing deployments.
3+ years change management.
3+ years shell script experience.
4+ years Jamf experience or Jamf 300 certification.
1+ year ServiceNow or equivalent ticketing system experience.
5+ years of related technical support experience.
1+ year Apple Enterprise Technologies.
LDAP/Active Directory experience.
ITIL knowledge.
AWS experience (preferred).
Jamf Cloud experience.
Apple certification.
BS Computer Science or equivalent experience (preferred).
Networking/Firewall/NAT experience.
Ability to work in a 24x7 on-call after hour rotation environment.
Good understanding of change management.

Responsibilities

Support macOS deployment technologies to a worldwide enterprise.
Jamf Pro configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
Infrastructure management for macOS deployments.
Provide rapid response to Mac system issues and outages.
Provide Tier III support to Level II and Field Teams.
Troubleshoot macOS deployment failures.
Basic LAN/WAN troubleshooting.
Develop and troubleshoot Bash scripts.
Implement Mac system delivery security policies.
Perform advanced troubleshooting of Mac systems with cross-functional teams to research, develop, and implement enterprise wide solutions.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Provide support for critical systems, perform scheduled maintenance, and deployments in a 24x7 operations environment as required.
Produce technical and operational documentation.
