Job summary

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in CS/IT/Engineering.
• 3+ years in Microsoft 365, Exchange (on-premises & hybrid), and SharePoint (on-premises & hybrid).
• Experience with incident management and escalation processes.
• Hands-on PowerShell scripting and automation.
• Strong communication, organization, and multi-tasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert-level support for Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Hybrid and SharePoint Hybrid environments.
• Handle escalations from Level 2 teams and ensure timely resolution of advanced issues.
• Perform regular maintenance and monitoring to ensure uptime and performance.
• Contribute to patching, upgrades, and capacity planning for a secure environment.
• Collaborate with IT teams to meet business and regulatory requirements.
• Lead incident reviews and root cause analyses during outages.
