Job summary

HBX Group seeks an M&A Senior Lead to drive inorganic growth through acquisitions, partnerships and strategic projects. You will lead deals from origination to closing, coordinating Legal, Tax, Finance and Strategy teams while advising senior leaders on value creation and governance.

The role demands eight to ten years in Investment Banking, Private Equity or Corporate Development, with strong financial modelling, negotiation and cross-border experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Mathematics, or related field.
• 8–10+ years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development or related strategic finance.
• Lead complex M&A transactions from origination through completion.
• Experience with senior executives and Board stakeholders.
• International and cross-border transaction experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of HBX Group's inorganic growth strategy.
• Identify acquisition, investment and partnership opportunities aligned to priorities.
• Maintain pipeline of opportunities and develop investment theses.
• Lead end-to-end acquisitions, divestments and strategic projects.
• Manage valuation, financial modelling, due diligence and transaction structuring.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders and external advisers through the process.
• Drive negotiations and support transaction documentation.
