Job summary

HBX Group is seeking a Senior Engineer for Sourcing to own strategy, architecture and delivery of Data, Analytics, ML and AI solutions across Sourcing, driving supplier optimization and revenue growth.

You will lead multiple teams, govern standards, and partner with Product, Data Science and Business to translate opportunities into scalable, reliable production services across cloud ecosystems such as Snowflake and AWS.

Qualifications

• Exceptional leadership with ability to lead multiple engineering teams.
• Strong stakeholder management with Director and C-Level.
• Strong business acumen translating challenges into data/AI solutions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strategic mindset aligning tech with business objectives.
• Experience with Python, SQL and large-scale datasets.
• Experience with ML/AI production systems and MLOps.
• Experience with cloud-native architectures (AWS/Snowflake).

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end responsibility of the Sourcing Domain services.
• Lead design and delivery of Data, ML and AI solutions.
• Ensure IOS solutions are scalable, reliable and maintainable.
• Drive evolution of data-driven capabilities across the domain.
• Build relationships with Product, Data Science, Engineering and Business teams.
