Job summary

SGV & Co. is seeking a diligent due diligence professional in the Philippines to work within experienced teams on transactions involving private equity groups and strategic buyers.

You will review financial records, interview management, and contribute to reports for clients as part of a wider cross-service line team. As you progress, you will handle more complex transactions, lead teams, build client relationships, and take broader roles within the corporate finance community.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or Finance is required.
• CPA license would be advantageous to the role.
• Candidates with lesser experience may be considered for Associate level.
• Strong analytical skills to analyze financial and non-financial information.

Responsibilities

• Participate in financial due diligence engagements related to transactions.
• Analyze financial and operational results of businesses under review.
• Collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams and report progress to senior team members.
• Prepare analyses of historical and pro forma financial information for cash flow and deal valuation.
• Perform industry and company research using online tools and public information.
• Assist in researching technical accounting issues affecting valuation and structuring.
• Prepare reports and schedules for clients and other parties.
• Develop and maintain productive relationships with client personnel.
