Job summary

PwC Philippines is seeking a Senior Associate to help clients identify key business and financial risks during acquisitions, divestments, and capital- raising activities. You will review contracts, perform trend analyses, and prepare concise reports with actionable recommendations to mitigate risks.

Responsibilities include preparing due diligence materials, researching investment opportunities, and mentoring junior staff.

Qualifications

CPA credential required or in progress with eligibility confirmed.
Minimum 2 years in M&A advisory or related field.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent analytical and critical thinking capabilities.
Keen attention to detail in fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

Identify key business and financial risks in relation to planned acquisitions, divestments, and capital raises.
Review contract terms with customers, debtors, suppliers, shareholders and related parties.
Perform historical trend analyses to understand drivers of the target company.
Use various tools to extract insights from current business trends.
Prepare reports with observations and recommendations to mitigate risks.
Create presentation materials, due diligence lists, and project briefs.
Research target clients and investment opportunities in key industries.
Delegate tasks and coach others to deliver results.
Develop innovative solutions to problems and review work for quality and relevance.
